There’s no way I can say I’m unhappy with this Perseids Meteor Shower shot…I put the work the in and it’s one of the cleanest, properly setup astrophotography shots I’ve done yet. Getting into that mindset of reaching for better, yet having a sense to separate myself from competition and other photographers online. I think it’s super unfair to an artist or creative to set these high standards to yourself by a parasocial relationship you created in your head. You create with the tools you have, the environment around you, the vision in your head and that tells your story. This storm season has been insane with weather, the skies were “clear” for Florida and that’s not enough for an astrological event.  Gonna get the wheels moving (pun intended) for some longer photo trips and capture some different things around the country. Palm trees and flat swamps are getting to me during these night shots.
